Here you will find the sample daily testing schedule, all CMS testing dates and other information. Please note that any absences will require a make-up testing day for your student. Make-up testing dates are on Fridays unless stated otherwise. Please reduce absences during instructional time to ensure your child is prepared for all classes and tests. Thank you!

 Testing Information:
All testing held at CMS will begin promptly at 9am and continue until all classes are completed, usually around 1pm. To ensure your child is prepared, please minimize late arrivals as students will not be allowed to enter the testing environment once testing has started. Be advised no personal electronic devices are allowed in the testing environment--books are allowed once students have completed their tests. Please be sure your child has had proper rest and a balanced breakfast during the testing dates. If you have any questions, we are here to help. Sample Daily Testing Schedule (Monday-Thursday):
Homeroom & Breakfast: 8:15am - 8:40am
Test Prep/Set Up: 8:40am - 9am
Testing Window: 9am - all classes are finished (12:30pm-1pm)
Rolling Lunch Time: 12:45pm - 1:30pm
Resume Assigned Block Schedule: 1:30pm - 3:55pm
Dismissal: 3:55pm

Georgia Milestones Test Resources
To support the learning that takes place at CMS, we have provided a number of resources that allow students to practice and improve skills at home. Please take a moment and review the resources listed below with your child. Additional resources can be found on the Students pages of our website.
The CMS Georgia Milestones Saturday Academy is an opportunity for our students to become proficient with grade level standards in preparation for the upcoming Georgia Milestones Assessments. The Academy will offer a variety of activities to increase student achievement and will focus on various 6th - 8th Grade key standards. This program will offer an impactful experience for students to be the recipients of remediation, enrichment, and exposure. Transportation is not provided.
The CMS Georgia Milestones Saturday Academy sessions will be face to face from 9am - 1pm in the Spring 2025 Saturdays (April 19, 2025; April 26, 2025; May 3, 2025):
